PANGEA CITY STUDIOS, 2026

1. Bookings and Payments

  • Memberships must be paid in full for the month in advance to secure access to scheduling. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified on invoices.

    No bookings will be honored until payment is confirmed.

  • All payments are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled according to our cancellation policy.

  • A $100 late fee will be charged on overdue Invoices after 15 days (recurring every 15 days overdue).

2. Studio Hours and Use

  • Studio usage is limited to the hours included in each plan.

  • Any extra use outside of recording time will be billed at $150/hour, in 15-minute increments.

  • Reserved time includes setup, recording, and breakdown. Clients must adhere to the agreed check-in and check-out times.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: reschedule at no cost.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: a flat $75/hour booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows without notice: session is forfeited without refund.

  • Frequent reschedules (more than 3 per month) may affect booking priority.

4. Editing Deliverables and Revisions

  • First-time clients or new show formats may require up to 10 days for initial delivery as we establish brand style.

  • Episodes: delivered within 5 business days per episode.

  • Reels: One reel delivered within 7 business days for style approval; after approval, 5 reels delivered weekly in batches. Requests for more reels within batches must be discussed and approved in writing.

  • Each piece of content includes 2 rounds of revisions (a round is one consolidated list of changes). Extra revisions will be billed at $50 per additional round.

5. Content Ownership and Promotional Use

  • Final content is owned by the client once delivered.

  • Pangea City Studios may use snippets and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for promotional purposes across our platforms, unless the client requests otherwise in advance in writing.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining signed waivers or talent release forms from guests or collaborators featured in their content.

6. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Any inappropriate, disrespectful, disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior may result in session termination without refund.

  • No drug use is allowed on the premises under any circumstances.

  • The client is responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or the facility caused by themselves, companions, or guests.

7. Scope of Services

  • Services included in each client’s membership or package are detailed in the signed proposal or invoice.

  • Any additional services requested beyond those listed in the proposal, estimate, or invoice require written approval and may incur extra charges.

8. Audio/Video Monitoring and Privacy Notice

  • Audio and video recording may be active at all times for security, production, or behind-the-scenes documentation.

  • By entering the premises, clients and guests consent to incidental recording. Footage is not shared externally except for promotional snippets, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Communication and Support

  • All communications must be made through official channels: WhatsApp or email.

  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Requests outside these hours are not guaranteed a response.

  • If you send a cancellation or schedule change request outside of business hours, we’ll consider it received as of the next business day. We encourage you to reach out during business hours whenever possible to ensure timely processing and support.

10. Validity and Updates

  • These terms are effective as of January 1, 2026.

  • Any updates will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via email and published on our website.

The specific inclusions, features, and services for each client are outlined in the corresponding invoice or proposal. Pangea City Studios reserves the right to review and adjust pricing on a quarterly basis. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and memberships unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

By submitting payment or signature, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Pangea City Studios, which govern all services, bookings, and memberships.
